The Canal House was built in 1842 as the headquarters of the Whitewater Canal Company. It later became a private residence. The last residents were Mayor and U.S. Congressman Finly Gray and his wife Alice. Owned by Historic Connersville, Inc., the house is open for special events and for tours upon request.
